Returns/Exchanges

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at contact@voteforcotton.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return/exchange option. All orders that do not meet the 14-day return/exchange requirement will no longer be eligible for the return/exchange option. If any item are returned/exchanged, customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the returned package. We do not provide pre-paid return labels to return/exchange package(s). However, we will cover the cost to ship replacement item(s). Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Vote For Cotton is not held responsible for any lost returns.

Upon acceptance of the returned package, exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. A refund will be given in the same form of payment, minus shipping costs.

We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at customer expense and a return/exchange will not be granted.

All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered FINAL SALE. Items will not be eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Sale price adjustments are not available at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you do not alert us about damages or errors within 3 business days, we will not be able to accept a return and all sales are final.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

We hope you love your Vote For Cotton purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept exchanges on items that were purchased at full price and that are returned in the original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact and accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days. We do not provide refunds.

Please email contact@voteforcotton.com within 14 days of receiving your order to be issued an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#). .
